Therapy can support those who prefer to go online for their sessions. The results are the same as in person sessions. Benefits are convenience, saves time, no driving, using therapy in your own environment makes skills easier to use in between sessions.

Bringing the family into therapy can speed up an individual's healing. How? The people we live with are part of our environment.
Family goals may include working toward healthy attachment, communication, empathy and other skills to create healthy relationships.
Infant Mental Health (birth to 5), parenting skills, play therapy techniques (sand tray, expressive art dance/movement), trauma caused by domestic violence, substance abuse, childhood abuse, trauma, family changes, divorce, blended families.
Families can work together and find therapeutic ways to
calm relationship stress.
